Mandy was born on 10th April, 1984 to Don Moore and Stacy Friedman. Don was a notable airline pilot while Stay was a reporter for the Orlando Sentinel, a local newspaper from the town where Mandy drew up. Mandy was born in New Hamsphire, but the family moved to Orlando shortly after her birth as Mandy’s father’s job required the move.

She had two brothers, Scott and Kyle who she was raised with in their hometown of Orlando, Florida. In terms of her upbringing, Mandy was brought up with rather conservative views on life. Moreover, Mandy was also brought up as a Catholic for most of her teenage life. The conservative teachings followed Mandy all throughout her singing and musical career, as well as personal life which is illustrated below.

Mandy Moore has always lived a rather conservative lifestyle in all ways, from acting and singing to her personal life.
